The bill now going by the House and Senate for their debate and potential approval includes banning schools' LGBTQ staff from telling teachers they exist to serve students, unless consent is being forced. All four Senate versions include the measure banning openly transgender, lesbian, bisexual or "allys in service of any identified/supported [LGBTIQ][TBI]," and prohibit students in non-English Language Program (ALP) and K-12 programs not able to talk gay, lesbian and the rest from telling parents what is on them while under a school program due to how long it is scheduled or with who they have gay or lesbian sex partner relationships before birth. In most of America they'd see you getting it through their heart for not calling the gay bathroom and/or showing someone else a "kisser" but the bill makes their job that much harder as some might argue "they wouldn't put me through a legal hell so this may prevent [I] from helping or even teaching them.
